In 2003, California's Santa Clara Dept. of Public Health commissioned PeakSkills Learning Systems to develop an emergency management 'blended' training program.

The online portion of the training program features:

· Lessons for personnel on emergency functions
· Employee testing
· Reporting function for papersistrators

The classroom-led portion of the program trained Santa Clara personnel on emergency procedures, stress management, and role-appropriate behaviors.
