The PeakSkills Certified Developer Program consists of:

• Three Day Classroom Course or Online Equivalent
• Six months free access to the PeakSkills eLearning Platform to develop sample courses
• Practicum - develop an eLearning course to PeakSkills Learning Method standards with coaching from PeakSkills
• Access to the PeakSkills Learning Partner program to offer eLearning through an ASP-hosted PeakSkills portal

The PeakSkills Certified Developer Program leads participants through:

• Learning Theory behind successful eLearning
• Instructional Design methods for eLearning and blended learning
• Interactive and multimedia components of eLearning
• Types and methods of eLearning

Instructional design methods are based on principles from the fields of Accelerated Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Psychology.

Participants will design sample courses as part of the training program and develop them in the PeakSkills eLearning Platform Authoring Area under the supervision of a PeakSkills coach.

Participants will learn the use of the Administrative, Instructor and Learner areas of the PeakSkills eLearning Platform.

Included will be a segment on marketing online courses, as well as discussion of self-paced learning, blended learning (part classroom, part internet), and virtual classroom learning.
