At PeakSkills, we started with the questions: "How can
we empower people not only to learn but to learn how to learn,
so that they become independent learners adding long-term
value to themselves and their organization? So that they and

From these questions and our own expertise drawn from the

a step-by-step model that results in courseware designed to
reach breakthrough learning outcomes. The created courseware
facilitates learning by leading learners through the steps
of: mental preparation, concept acquisition, practice and
remote association building, and the transfer of 'learning

Built-in Action Plans track the learner's performance after
the course is complete. Instructors/coaches manage a learning
community interface that facilitates chats, discussions, virtual
classrooms, and individual and group assignments.
The PeakSkills eLearning Platform's Papersistrative Area
can track skills and competencies related to performance and
can be customized to track and measure business results.
To insure that learners take full advantage of learning experiences,
PeakSkills offers 'blended' (part internet/part classroom)
or online learn-to-learn programs through PeakSkills EvolveU.
